Geoff and Mina Kinder make their home in Clermont, Florida. Their business is also located in Clermont. They have over 30 years of professional experience in residential and commercial loan origination, underwriting, securitizing and processing. Their contacts in the industry allow them the flexibility to cater loan programs to the client's individual needs. They offer an uncommon love of the business that manifests itself in a proactive, considerate and hands-on approach in service to their clients. The bulk of their business comes from repeat clients and their referrals. They attend all of their closings and are always available to serve the needs of their clients.

They are members of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, the FLorida Association of Mortgage Brokers and the Central Florida Chapter of the Florida Mortgage Brokers. They operate their business within the guidelines and code of ethics as established by the National Association of Mortgage Brokers. They are also members of the Greater Lake County Board of Realtors and the South Lake Chamber of Commerce.

Geoff and Mina are active givers in the community through their participation in the Clermont-Minneola Lions Club, Clermont-Groveland Elks Lodge, and the Clermont Moose Lodge. They are active in the Clermont Community Center and a multitude of volunteer activities.
